This is a great keyboard for travel or for use with a tablet. It pairs easily with Android or Apple devices for quick and easy use. The different color options for the backlight are cool too, if you’re in to that. The keyboard is slim and lightweight so it won’t add bulk to your backpack or bag. When you type on it the keys feel substantial and you don’t feel like you’re going to fat finger every key, they keys are also raised enough so they aren’t flush like a laptop keyboard, which I’m not a fan of typing on.
This will also charge with a USB-C to USB-C adaptor using a USB-C PD charger. This will NOT charge at USB-PD speeds, but it works to charge at standard rate, which is good as most will not even charge in this configuration. Overall, for the price point this is a pretty good keyboard.
I was a little skeptical when I first opened the box: the keyboard is smaller than I expected--it's about the size of my 10.4" tablet. It paired easily with the tablet and I've found it much easier to type emails using it. I've also paired it with my iPhone and used it with the stand that came with the keyboard. The back of the keyboard is rather slick and does tend so slide around, so I'd recommend using the rubber pads (included with the keyboard) to keep it in place. All in all, it's a great little device and a good bargain.
Good size and love the backlite. Fits good with my 9.7 Ipad. Works well.
I was not sure about the brand but after using the product, it's just perfect. Compact, light, sleek design with multiple color Backlight color section option!! Can be used with multiple devices, just switch between device with simple keyboard selection. Keystroke is good as well. I have tested the product with android phone, Smart TV, and Laptop (currently using as desktop pc). I would definitely recommend this product.
Going blind so this is perfect love the backlight on the keys too
My daughter bought this one for her & she loves it. Easy to connect & use.
Initial Review Apr 2, 2021
Of all the things I review keyboards are my favorite. There are certain things I look for and this keyboard has several features I'm looking for. There are also some drawbacks.
One of the first things I look for are corner key placements. Upper right Delete, good. Upper left ESC, good. Lower left Ctrl, good. Lower right independent cursor keys, good.
How does the key stroke feel? Is it snappy or mushy? This one barely passes this test. It is acceptable though.
- It's small and light. It i almost the same size as an 8 inch tablet.
- The key action is good
- Key spacing isn't too tight
- It has back lighting features
- Keys are in the right location.
- Easy to pair with three devices
- Easy to switch between three devices
- Very reasonably priced
- No 10-key pad. For some this is a negative but I don't want those extra keys so this is a positive.
- I like the power and connect buttons.
- Tight key spacing due to small width of the keyboard
- Keys could feel a bit snappier.
- Built in rechargeable battery, I always prefer AAA rechargeable batteries in keyboards.
- No feet supplied, nor are there fold down feet to tilt the keyboard. I'll have to supply my own.
My recommendations? If you must have a small light keyboard and don't mind tight spacing this might work for you. For me the keyboard width and key spacing is just a bit too tight for regular use. See the photos with this keyboard and my 8" Lenovo tablet vs a full size keyboard and my 8" Lenovo tablet.
I typed this review using the iClever keyboard.
These have worked seamlessly with our ipads. We use them for our Children's Ministry Check-in.
