Had to use it a few times already and works great. Also battery life on it is great
It is the best thing I got. It already has paid for itself.thank you.
The battery pack died after almost a year and I contacted iclever and they sent me a replacement after they inspected my old pack. Really great customer service.
This has saved me twice, and a stranger once. Works great and have only charged once.
Worked great. Have 2 of these now.1 in each car. Way worth it in a jam.
Very good jump start
C-type charger failed after one charging. Customer service person was very courteous and responsive. After diagnosing the issue, the service representative arranged for a speedy replacement of the charger. This addressed the problem. Entire process was quick and effective. Very pleased.
Two years ago, I had a battery have a 'broken post', or interrupted circuit inside the battery. I had all the reflective triangles for hanging out in the middle lane, and secured a kind battery jump from a stranger with another [truck brand] after only 25 minutes. Bought this unit and have been using it to keep my cell phone charged on camping trips, knowing as long as I had two lights I could also start the truck. Thinking of getting another for company gatherings with 'no outlet' tables, and let my teammates charge phones. I see there is a new Best Seller, with 5% more juice and wireless charging. But it takes 4 hours to charge and this one takes 2.5. If you are leaving one charging along a wall at a meeting, that's a big difference, and I'm planning to buy another of these before my next meeting in a few months.
but great and worked when I needed it. Thanks.
The 30W USB-C makes this pack a great value, considering it comes with the charger. The 12v, 10A output will work great for anything designed to run off your car's power outlet.
I wish it came with right angle connectors/cables. I bought some separately to reduce the footprint when cables are plugged in and put into a confined space like a backpack instead of a desk.
I use this primarily for its 12v output to power my telescope mount, cameras, and accessories. It can accept a charge simultaneous with powering the 12v and USB outputs. This allows me to use two of them to double the capacity. It seems to do a pretty good job of auto-negotiating such that if you plug two together via the USB-C it will charge the drained pack from the charged pack, but you do have to be careful when both are fully charged. If only they simply made one with more total capacity.
I was curious about what was inside that massive plug for jump starting, so I disassembled to find out. Turns out its a huge high current relay which will prevent back-flow when the car turns on and the alternator kicks in. The huge size is probably because of DC arcing issues which would affect smaller relays. Its all switched on/off by a microcontroller which seems pretty fancy for simply jumping a car, but software is in everything these days.
