Manufacturer Part Number : IC-JB21R.
Had a issue with the product going dead. I emailed IClever customer service and they replaced the product immediately. It doesn't get better than that.
I can't say enough about how well this works. I was completely skeptical that this little battery would start my full-size truck in a Michigan winter with a completely dead battery. I have had to jump-start my truck multiple times on a single charge. It has performed so well that I bought several others for Christmas gifts. Everyone I have given them to have used them and loved them. Many of them have bought some to give as gifts also. The only issue I see is that the manual doesn't say that you have to check the circuit breaker on the side of the clamps and make sure the light is green before you try to jump your vehicle. The children have used it to charge their electronic devices also.
Work just perfect
I was very pleased with the item and it's features. When I had trouble with making it work, the company made good on it right away. Great service.
Love the product will recommend to friends
Really haven't had to use it yet, but I have used other friends units and it's had more than enough power to charge a battery.
Hand to jump my lawn tractor today. I wasn’t even getting a crank so battery was pretty low. Put this on it and it fired right up. Haven’t had it long enough to try it on a car yet. So far so good. Only negative I have is the car adapter seems cheap. Don’t know who much I would use it anyways.
I originally bought this to have in my off road vehicle as a precaution but have used it during a recent blackout to keep our cell phones charged. The battery pack is probably a little heavy to pack around with but it works great. It kept 3 cell phones and a tablet fully charged while we used them all day during a recent blackout
I was not going to leave a review until I actually had to use this in a real dead battery situation. I've had this thing for 8 months and haven't used it to jump a battery...until now. And it passed with flying colors.
Apparently the rear dome light on my car will drain the battery if left on (while all the rest shut off, go figure) so I went to start it today and -- nothing. (This is a Lexus RX.) While I do occasionally charge the Jump Starter, or use it as a big USB power bank, I had almost forgotten about it. It still had 63% power per its display, so I threw it on and it started the car as if it had a full battery. I drove around another 20 minutes in low gear to make sure it was charged, plus the Starter needed some quality time plugged into the wall.
Now, this was in a garage at 65 degrees, so the real test will be if I need to do this outdoors in 15 degrees in a couple months. But so far, it's a great investment.
